Announcing Most Valuable Player Awards

Sierra Online is excited to announce the start of our Most Valuable Player Awards! At the end of each month, using the game's season stats, the Game Master team will select the top ten players from each position and award them 5,000 in-game points. The top players from each position will also receive a super cool forums title and image from Sierra Online. Click 'More' for the image and details about the rules.

The top players in each position will receive the title Hall of Fame and get this MVP image in their forum's profile.



Most Valuable Player Award Program Details

Both the Rookie and Professional leagues will have MVP titles awarded. The top ten players from each position will be selected by a complex mathematical formula. This formula will factor in three principle stats: Primary abilities, Secondary abilities, and a bonus modifier for earning a game MVP selection. These calculations will allow Sierra Online to select the ten best players from each position in both leagues.

Center - Rookie League
Primary: Blocks and Rebounds Per Game Averages
Secondary: Assists and Points Per Game Averages

Forward - Rookie League
Primary: Points and Rebounds Per Game Averages
Secondary: Assists and Blocks Per Game Averages

Guard - Rookie League
Primary: Three Pointers and Assists Per Game Average
Secondary: Steal and Points Per Game Averages

Center - Professional League
Primary: Blocks and Rebounds Per Game Averages
Secondary: Assists and Points Per Game Averages

Small Forward - Professional League
Primary: Three Pointers and Points Per Game Average
Secondary: Blocks and Rebounds Per Game Averages

Power Forward – Professional League
Primary: Rebounds and Points Per Game Averages
Secondary: Blocks and Assists Per Game Averages

Shooting Guard – Professional League
Primary: Three Pointers and Assist Per Game Average
Secondary: Steal and Points Per Game Averages

Point Guard – Professional League
